All content, features, and functionality of the App, graphics, logos, and software (exlcuding the Kollektive Avatars & the Trademark "Kitty Inu" which are owned by 9Vrse Studio) are the exclusive property of the owner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The use of any characters, logos, and other intellectual property owned by 9Vrse Studio is strictly governed by their own Terms. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from the App without the express written permission of 9Vrse Studio or the owner.

9. Termination
The owner reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that the owner believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
(i) your use or inability to use the App;
(ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Niedersachsen, Germany, to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

13. Changes to the Terms
The owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
